Where do you provide mobile coffee cart catering?
We proudly serve the entire DMV area! Loomie Coffee caters weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Washington DC, Maryland (including Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Rockville), and Northern Virginia (including Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, and Fairfax).
Can your espresso bar be set up indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. We can set up our beautiful mobile coffee cart in hotel ballrooms, office buildings, and outdoor wedding venues. For indoor events, we simply require access to a dedicated standard power outlet. If you are hosting an outdoor event in the DMV without access to electricity, just let us know on your inquiry form and we can discuss generator options!

What kind of coffee and matcha do you serve?
We believe in a handcrafted, premium experience. We serve locally roasted, single-origin espresso and organic ceremonial-grade matcha and hojicha. All of our signature drinks are crafted using our homemade cane sugar syrups—you will never find any artificial flavors on our cart!
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan milk alternatives?
Yes! We know how important it is to accommodate all of your guests. We always stock premium oat milk (and can provide other alternatives upon request) so everyone can enjoy a perfectly crafted latte or hand-whisked matcha.
Customizations & Booking
Can we customize the coffee cart for a corporate event or wedding?
Yes, we love helping your brand or wedding theme bloom! We offer options for custom stamped cups and customized cart wraps to match your corporate branding, wedding colors, or party aesthetics.
How far in advance should I book Loomie Coffee for my DMV event?
Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during the peak Washington DC and Northern Virginia wedding seasons (Spring and Fall). We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your date, but always feel free to check with us for last-minute availability!
